Terms of Service

The Service is provided by an individual entrepreneur in France (sole freelancer), operating under the name Forward Innovations, France, under the trade name Forward Innovations. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms mean the operator of the Service (Forward Innovations).

AI-X-SUITE is a self-serve software platform that generates AI-assisted post options and images for your connected X (Twitter) account and publishes them on a schedule you control. The Service is approval-first: nothing is posted to X without your explicit approval.

Draft posts, reply options, and images are produced using artificial intelligence (via your OpenAI API key). Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your audience. You must review, edit if needed, and explicitly approve every item before it can be published. You are solely responsible for published content on your X account.

Where the EU AI Act or similar rules apply, we provide this transparency so you know the Service uses AI assistance and that a human (you) decides what is published. We do not guarantee that AI output complies with platform rules, advertising law, or sector-specific regulations — that remains your responsibility.

AI-X-SUITE is subscription software that you operate for your own account. We do not provide social media management, agency services, done-for-you posting, or account management on your behalf. You connect your own Google and X accounts, configure the platform, review AI-generated drafts, and decide what publishes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, your connected X account, and the OpenAI API key you provide. You authorize the Service to use these credentials solely to provide the features you enable.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to X.
• You must comply with the X Terms of Service, the X Developer Agreement and Policy, and all applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

The Service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription (All-Access). Your subscription includes the platform, your X connection, and analytics. AI generation uses your own OpenAI API key, and OpenAI usage is billed to you directly by OpenAI — it is not included in the subscription.

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle collects payment, handles applicable taxes (including VAT where required), and issues receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms: Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings tab (Manage subscription) or through the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless your account is deleted sooner. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under Paddle's policies as merchant of record.

If a payment fails, we may show a short grace period in the dashboard before restricting access. After that period, paid features are blocked until payment is restored.

The Service integrates with Google, X, OpenAI, Paddle (billing), and other providers listed on our Subprocessors page. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content published from your account after your approval.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
