Terms of Service

AI-X-SUITE generates AI-assisted post options and images for your connected X (Twitter) account and publishes them on a schedule you control. The Service is approval-first: nothing is posted to X without your explicit approval.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, your connected X account, and the OpenAI API key you provide. You authorize the Service to use these credentials solely to provide the features you enable.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to X.
• You must comply with the X Terms of Service, the X Developer Agreement and Policy, and all applicable laws.
• You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. Your subscription includes the platform, your X connection, and analytics. AI generation uses your own OpenAI API key, and OpenAI usage is billed to you directly by OpenAI - it is not included in the subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

The Service integrates with Google, X, OpenAI, and other providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content published from your account after your approval.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
